Hi Alec,

I use Big Picture for program level management. It includes a Gantt chart, a risk matrix, roadmap, resources, and teams. (You can get Big Gantt by itself, but just the addition of the risk matrix is worth the extra cost.

While its not specifically Gantt, I suggest that you give Atlassian's Portfolio for Jira a try.

Are your requirements specifically for Gantt or do you really need a program management solution?
