SubSpace Navigaton for Confluence Erorr?

Hi all,

We use the Confluence App „SubSpace Navigaton for Confluence”. Since yesterday afternoon there we got the following error message: There is no navigation defined yet. Start to create one by using the icon on the right.

When i click on the icon i got an other error message: Sorry we were not able to initialize the configuration. Please close the configuration dialog and try again.

if i want to go the menu configuration we get the following message: could not load data we’re having trouble retrieving all the necessary data. Please refresh the page to try again.

The problem affects all of our users, we work with chrome, but this problem also exist in other browsers or mobile.

Is there a general problem with this app?
