Related Issue status Validator for Few Groups

Our requirement is to Restrict the Transition if the Related issue status is not Closed. But PM's should be able to Transit the issue irrespective of the Related issue status. 

So my normal users should not be able to transition issue until the linked issue is closed.

My PM group users should always be able to transition issue, even tough the linked issue is not closed. 

Please help us to achieve this. 

We have JMWE, Script runner and Automation for Jira addons.

in the Related Issue Status Validator, you can use the "Conditional Validation" option with this script:

!currentUser.isInGroup("PM")
