How to stop Jira X-ray archiving test cases automatically? (IMMEDIATE HELP)

I have been adding test runs to my test executions and and around 12 hours later, Xray is archiving them.

I haven't used Xray in forever, so I'm no help... but to get as speedy as a response as possible, reach out to Xblend's own support:
