Good morning all,

I am looking for the best chat solution that can be integrated into Jira. It would need to be cloud based and ideally make the ticketing easier.

This is to communicate with our clients, not with each other in the business.

Conny, did you ever find a solution to this? I am also looking for that functionality for service desk on Jira cloud. I can't seem to find a good plugin.
