hi,
i always get this error message on addon update:
"An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information."
What does it mean? Where i can find related log?
Hi Anton,
please look for the atlassian-confluence.log file in this case. :)
Hi Max,
sorry, looked to the wrong folder. Here is log:

Hi @scranthony ,
Follow these sets as mentioned in KB- https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/problems-connecting-to-the-atlassian-marketplace-273875718.html
see if it fixes the issue.
Hi Anton,
this is just a common warning I came across multiple times, even with a perfectly working UPM. What you are looking for are more severe log messages marked with "ERROR". Please have a look again. :)
Hi @scranthony
as @Sid already told you the default location of the needed log file. Do you have access to the underlying file system and can access the file to post some more information regarding your problem? If you should not have access to the log file, please feel free to use the free app Last Log for Jira to access log files from the administration console in Jira itself. Looking forward to some error messages! :)
Best, Max
Edit; so sorry Anton, stupid me. Haven't taken into consideration that maybe even installing an app will fail, so my post might be not very useful until the problem is solved. But at least it's worth a try. :)
