❤️Hello, Atlassian Community!
Ever found yourself lost in the vast Trello boards, wondering where all your time went? Does your day feel like it slipped through your fingers faster than a greased weasel? Worry no more, because today, we’re diving into the magical world of time tracking with Planyway for Trello!
First things first, let's see how you can track time with Planyway in Trello. It’s easier than assembling an IKEA bookshelf (promise!).
Once you have Planyway set up, you’ll get Planyway section in all of your Trello cards. That’s the easiest way to track time — simply start the timer or create time entries right there and view results in Planyway reports.
To see a list of time entries from all connected boards, select the List view in the time tracking mode. This view allows you to visualize all time entries from the chosen boards, or only yours.
To visualize time entries on the weekly calendar, switch to the Calendar view in the time tracking mode. This view allows you to drag cards from the board to the calendar. Once done, a new time entry is created based on the selected time range on the calendar.
Split view allows you to see your planned tasks, events, and time entries all in one place, making it a breeze to manage your schedule and track your time seamlessly.
And after all, here’s where Planyway really shines – turning your tracked time into neat reports that even your boss will love. Click on the “Reports” tab in Planyway, choose the time period, boards, and members you want to include in your report. Tailor it to your heart’s content.
Time tracking doesn’t have to be a daunting task that feels like herding cats. With Planyway and Trello, it’s more like a walk in the park – if that park had perfectly organized paths and color-coded flowers. So go forth, Atlassian Community, and conquer your time tracking with a smile on your face and Planyway by your side.
Happy tracking!🥰
