We have exciting news for small teams! Cloud apps on the Marketplace are now able to set their 1-10 user tier to a flat rate of $0. That means, if your team is under 10 people, you can install popular apps for free. No need to even enter payment information until your team grows beyond 10 users.

You can easily find apps with free pricing for 1-10 users by using a new “Free up to 10 users” filter on the Marketplace.

Here are some of the apps that are now free for instances with 10 or fewer users:

Draw.io Diagrams for Jira & Confluence: Draw.io is a diagramming app that helps you visually communicate through mock-ups, flowcharts, UML, infographics, and more.

Jira Workflow Toolbox: With Jira Workflow Toolbox, admins can use intuitive conditional logic to meet advanced requirements and dependencies when creating, transitioning, and updating issues and fields.

ScriptRunner for Jira & Confluence: ScriptRunner is a powerful automation and customization app that allows teams to automate workflows and issues, extend Jira and Confluence, and tailor user experience to your team’s unique needs using Groovy scripts and JQL.

Easy Agile Roadmaps for Jira: This app provides simple, flexible roadmaps for Jira. Drag and drop issues into a timeline with theme and team swimlanes.

Excel-Like Tables for Jira: This app makes it easy to create and edit a spreadsheet on your Jira issues, including filters, pivot tables, dashboard gadget, and sheet export.

Foxly: Foxly is a project management tool for prioritizing Jira backlog using scoring models, priority planning poker & priority matrix (WSJF, RICE).

This change is the latest in a series of cloud app pricing changes making it easier for Marketplace Partners to offer competitive prices for organizations of all sizes.

Earlier this year, we increased the maximum user tier for apps to 20,000 to accommodate bigger companies and match our cloud pricing tiers for parent products like Jira and Confluence. We also decreased the minimum price for paid apps from $0.05 per user per month to just $0.01 per user per month, making it easy for Marketplace Partners to offer affordable prices for companies with more users.

What’s more, we’ve updated the pricing tab for cloud app listings, so you can easily calculate the total monthly or annual cost for cloud apps.

It now says "Free up to 10 users" (note the added space between "up" and "to"). I'll replace the image above as well to reflect the new UI. If you still do not see the option, please let me know.

@lprada If the apps you have installed have changed their pricing for 1-10 users then this should be updated during your next billing cycle. I'd recommend checking to see if your apps are now free for 1-10 users.
