Behaviours for Jira Cloud custom fields

Updates to Behaviors for Jira Cloud - it now supports six types of custom fields on top of the original system fields.

Custom single select fields
Custom multiple select fields
Custom paragraph (multi line text) fields
Custom user picker fields
Custom multiple user picker fields
Custom text field

And we are, of course, continuing to expand that list.
