Behaviours for Jira Cloud custom fields

Updates to Behaviors for Jira Cloud - it now supports six types of custom fields on top of the original system fields.

• Custom single select fields
• Custom multiple select fields
• Custom paragraph (multi line text) fields
• Custom user picker fields
• Custom multiple user picker fields
• Custom text field

And we are, of course, continuing to expand that list.
