What Did Product & Delivery Teams Learn in 2020?

As 2020 comes to a close (FINALLY!), it's a natural time to reflect, contemplate all that has transpired and prepare for 2021.   

We at Productboard have partnered with Slalom Consulting to explore what Product teams have learned as a result of the sudden shift to remote work and collaboration in 2020. If you would like to be part of this research, and you have eight to ten minutes to dive in, we would really appreciate your perspective.

We are keen to learn from innovative companies to understand what did product teams learn in 2020, what was the hardest thing about transitioning to remote work and how has it impacted your 2021 plans and priorities? We will keep all answers confidential.

We are exploring how prepared teams were for remote work, the role of Product operations, impact to their roadmaps, ENG to PM ratios and what were the tools that saved the day (or your roadmap or sanity?!?)?
