Moving a ticket into a sprint from the Full Ticket View

I know it is not best practice to add tickets to a sprint when it's been started, but I find myself doing this more often than not. What the fastest way to add a new ticket to an active sprint?

Currently I go to the backlog and create a ticket.

Then I need to refresh the page so that the ticket show up in the backlog

Then I right click on the ticket and select "Send to Sprint XXX"

It would be a lot easier if I could select the sprint when I click the Create button

or

if there was a way to use the "Send To" option when I was in the Full Tiicket view.

When say "Full Ticket View" I mean the view you get when you're looking at a ticket in this URL format https://ORGNAME.atlassian.net/browse/XXX-1235

Jira server allows you to add the Sprint field to the create issue screen, selecting an active sprint in this field on issue create will add it to the sprint.
You could also setup a custom event to handle this off of a radio button or checkbox custom field to perform a condition -> this could also be achieved via an automation.

This screen shows a create issue screen with Sprint and Story Points added.

If you've enabled parallel sprints it will allow you to select those, as well as future sprints.
If you haven't enabled parallel sprints it will still allow you to select the active sprint or any future sprints.
