Hey,
is it possible to merge 2 existing tempo accounts into 1 account with all the worklogs which are already logged in both?
I already searched for it but couldn't find anything.
Kind regards and a nice weekend
Hi @Ye Fung Tchen ,
It is not possible to "merge" two accounts, but you can bulk edit issues that are connected to one account to be connected to another (so use one of the Accounts and remove the other)
To do this, create a filter based on the Account set in the Account custom field and then select to bulk edit. Select another Account in the Account field and edit all issues in the filter (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/editing-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time-939938937.html).
Please note that this option only works when you are not using Account as work attribute. Without the work attribute, worklogs are connected to the Account via the Account set in the custom field on the issue.
In case you are using Account as work attribute (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/295798109/Configuring+Work+Attributes+-+Tempo+Server), all worklogs connected to the Account selected when logging work. This will require to update each worklog that is connected to the Account individually.

Hey @Susanne Götz _Tempo_ ,
I was afraid that it would not work. Then I will solve the problem this way. Thank you very much for your information.
Best Regards,
Ye Fung Tchen
