I loged into my admin account, but i couldn't download portfolio for jira. The message shows that they couldn' find out which site i am using. I am sure we have a site using now, what can i do next?
Same issue here on Cloud... To be more precise, it says that installation had some issue. try again later. I've been trying for 3 days :)
Normally that is due to an issue with the vendor. IF you raise a support ticket with Portfolio they should get back to you relatively quickly.
