Why we are unable to see all the issues with all the statuses in roadmaps?

as you can see in image i am able to view all the issues with the all status except PBYA-12 which is in "UAT-Approved" status may i know what's the reason?

Hi,

Are you using a filter? (the screenshot does not include that part of the menu).

Is the issue within the scope? See Plan settings (configure) > Source Data > Issue sources.
