Why is Portfolio ignoring my priority in Jira?

I have an Epic in Jira that is ranked first. All the stories have been assigned to the current sprint and next release.  They all have story points assigned. There are no dependencies for any of the stories. For some reason, Portfolio listed this Epic as #17.  Why doesn't it seem to recognize the priority from Jira?
