Since I created the roadmap several months ago, it has consistently been running really slowly (not just when it is first opened0. I need to show my head of how to use this imminently-I really need help to speed up its functionality! I'm on Node 2
the info:
I'm on Node 2
suggests this could be a Data Center installation. In case you are not the system administrator responsible for "Node 2" I'd suggest taking that issue to them to review the dimensions of the node - perhaps it's running out of memory or there is some kind of incident going on, which should be inspected.

Hi Kitty:
Welcome to the community. Can you provide a bit more details on your ask? so, we can assist further.
Regarding to performance issues with AR for Jira Plans, it is often impacted by your issue source configuration setup.
Here is a kb on performance recommendations from Atlassian for your reference - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/performance-recommendations-for-advanced-roadmaps/ Although, it is for the Cloud env, but the concepts mentioned are also applicable against Server-based (i.e. Data Center) env.
Hope this helps.
