Which fields are used for actual dates in Portfolio when recalculating issues with dependency ?

I am testing the usage of Portfolio calculation but I could not understand which field Portfolio take as actual to recalculate schedule dates of dependent issues. Example:

Issue 2 is depending on Issue 1. 

Issue 1 is completed and Portfolio is proposing new scheduled dates for issue2, but I don´t know which date the tool took as actual completed date of issue 1.
