At the company I work at we would like to report on initiatives that are linked to epics across multiple projects. We want to be able to fulfill the following:
- Create initiatives once in Jira;
- Link these initiatives to epics across multiple projects;
- Pull through initiatives to Portfolio on a per-project basis;
- Retain a fixed start date with our Scrum boards in Portfolio; as well as
- Use these same initiatives with Kanban boards in Portfolio; and
- Avoid pulling non-initiative issues from where we create the initiatives.
Please, could you advise on a solution for this?
