I have many releases and for some reason only a couple of them do not show all the items in the advanced roadmap.
There are bugs, tasks and stories that do not show up. I have compared many items and they all have the same labels and fields filled out.
Any ideas?
thanks
I have...I also should mention we are using Kanban. I typically report by story to sub task
This just happened in our env, it has to dealing with the actual WF status's category (TO DO, IN PROGRESS, DONE).
In Jira, there are only three categories (grey "TO DO", blue "In Progress", and green "Done" associated with WF statuses. You need to ensure the missing issue(s) from your plan is not associated with a status that are in the "Done" category. It seems that in AR for Jira, it will exclude any issue with a WF status which are associated with the "Done" category. NOTE - Status category is different than the Status.
In our case, that was exactly the problem where issues with WF status (which are associated with the Done category") were missing from the plan even they are not completed. Once we moved those issues into a WF status (associated with the "In Progress" category "Blue") then those issues show up in the plan again.
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph
Apart from your issue source.

There could be different reasons why issues may be missing in your plan.
If you go to Plans Configuration -> Exclusion rules, you can see the rules that are applied to your plan. By default, issues that are completed more than 30 days ago and issues in "Released" releases are excluded (unless you have edited them).
This page explains some other reasons for issues to be missing on plan, which you may find useful. https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapscloud/missing-issues-1026042894.html
