Hello,
i am wondering, if the capacity of team members is supposed to sync over plans.
My scenario: I have three plans in which multiple projects are grouped. All plans share the same company teams but are planned independently.
That is the reason why we chose to divide the projects into three separate plans.
When i now assign for example 100h to employee1 on projectX in PlanA and 150h to the same employee in projectY in PlanA his capacity of course shows 250h which are planned sequently.
When i then switch to PlanB, this employee's capacity is completely free. The already assigned 250h are not taken into account. When i assign another 300h on projectZ in PlanB to this employee it is planned in the same weeks as the house from PlanA.
I would expect his workload to sum up to 550h and the work to be scheduled sequently according to this employee's team availability.
Do i mess up the way this is supposed to behave? What is the point of shared teams if the workload is not summed up over all plans?
And by the way: Is there a way to show all tickets that are assigned to a user and when are scheduled?
Hmm, no one? Not even with an idea? :-/
This question pops-up multiple times. No response at all from nobody. Looks like the shared teams functionality is useless
