Program screen set Initiative color and display releases

I cannot figure out if there is a way to set the color of the Initiatives or Epics in a Program roadmap. I know how to do it on the regular Plan roadmap. Also, how can you make the releases show up on the Program screen? I have them for 1 associated project, but cannot get them to show for another projectyou can see in screenshot that the releases display for the first project, but not the second
