Portfolio excludes issues which are marked as 'done' in capacity view

1. I plan sprint in jira: all stories are estimated, one team member is assigned to a single story. In portolio (capacity view) i see 100% capacity utilization, so my plan is ok.

2. Now sprint is activated, team members start working on issues. One story is completed and marked as done.

3. When i move to portfolio assignee is ok, but now in the capacity view i see that my capacity utilization is 96% and i have resources that are underplaned.

In my opinion - the situation should not affect the free capacity when sprint is active until i dont change estimates or replan the sprint.

I think that something is wrong or my configuration is bad. What am i missing?
