Portfolio API

Hi 

I m using https://docs.atlassian.com/portfolio-for-jira-server/REST/2.13.0/jpo/

API to create a plan but it's throwing an exception, 

is it possible to create a plan using API or it is read-only ??

Yes, the endpoint is currently read only, and we are tracking this update in the following two feature requests, the top one is directly related to creating a Plan via API and is linked to as a related issue of the second one that is a Ask from the portfolio Dev team as to what features end users want to see added to the portfolio API:
