When you say that Epics and Stories don't come up, do you mean that they are not visible in the Plan?

A couple of questions:

Have you selected the correct hierarchy in the plan?
Are Epic and Stories part of the issue source (i.e. in scope)?
Could you share a screenshot of what's happening and where?
