Other user has read-only on plan with same permissions as I have

Hello,

I created a AR plan, and have permissions set to some users. Also these users have administrator permission in the JIRA project(s) used as inner source.

One of these users now get "read-only", while others have edit rights.

Cookies cleared, logged in(again), same browser.

What could be reason that this user cannot get to Edit mode?

Hi Hans,

Did the user reach the plan from a shared link or did they access it by going to the plan directly. If the user is using a link to a plan, the shared links tend to be read only. If they click on Plans-> view plans then it should work

Thanks Clark. This among setting the right permissions (another setting). It is resolved
