Managing Team Capacity for private Kanban-Teams in Portfolio for Jira early access features

Hello Support,
In the old Version it was possible to configure the weekly capacity of each member in a private Team. If i change to "Portfolio for Jira early access features", this is not longer possible, or i cannot find that.
In an old Team, created in 3.4.0 with the old user-interface, the weekly hours of the members are taken to the new user-interface, but the values are not editable.
Is that an error or do i something wrong?
