Limits on plan size

Hello,

At Issue sources in Jira Roadmap configuration, I want to add a Filter in order to build my team plan.

This Filter contains 22 projects and 194 issues.

When I want to add the filter, I am prompted with the message "This plan is connected to too many projects to load correctly. Reduce the number of projects in the plan's source configuration."

In documentation it says that I can add 50 projects and 5000 issues.

Thank you

Mirela

Hi @Mirela Botici

You're right - Advanced Roadmaps should be able to support a plan with 22 projects. Can I ask how many plans and issues are in your site total? Is it possible that your filter is actually capturing more projects or issues than you're expecting?

Unfortunately without being able to see your instance it's hard to troubleshoot what might be going wrong here. If the above doesn't help, I would suggest you get in touch with us at https://support.atlassian.com/contact - the support engineers there will be able to have a look at your site and will be able to better support you!

Cheers,

Daniel
