Is there a way for each team member to set their availability or hours? I don't want to have to collect hours from each person and then enter them manually. I would like to be able to instruct all members of the teams to go in and enter their hours.
If you would like for your team members to set their own availability in portfolio, you can go to the Portfolio Administration >> Portfolio Permissions and there you can set which group has access to manage the shared team (although there is no functionality to just allow team members to just manage their own weekly hours but does allow them to set their hours along with the rest of the team).
Once they have this permission they can then click on Portfolio >> Manage Shared Teams click on the relevant team and then click on their own name and set their global availability and team availability there.
Please be aware this will allow access to all shared teams, there is no granular permission to restrict this to only the teams they're in.
