Just upgraded to Jira Premium and not able to add any plans

Just updated to Jira Premium and created. hierarchy and having several issues:

Hierarchy is:  Initiative - Feature- Epic- Stories, bugs, etc.

1.  Hierarchy is configured and features are set with up Initiative parents but not showing as child issues when viewing the initiative parent

2.  Cannot create any plans in Advanced roadmaps regardless of size.  have tried a small project with only 35 initiatives and features and it just spins and never completes.. Pre

Given the issues mentioned here - especially around Plans not loading - I would suggest you contact https://support.atlassian.com/ for more assistance.

Support will be better placed to investigate what the issue might be.
