Jira Roadmaps Cloud to Cloud migration. Is it possible? If so can you point me in the direction of documentation?

I didn't see roadmaps specifically called out, but have a look at the documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/perform-a-cloud-to-cloud-migration-for-jira/

Another route might be to make a backup for server, restore on an on-prem with a trial license, then perform a JCMA migration to the cloud.
