Trying to include some boards in my portfolio plan. What if a Kanban board is restricted to some user ( Non-Shareable ) . Will I be able to include that board in my plan ?

Hello,
No, a restricted plan will not show up. The Board filter must be shared and the the user needs a minimum of browse project permissions for the project/board to be visible in the portfolio plan import settings.
