JIRA Portfolio : Parent Child Relationship vs Parent Link

JIRA Portfolio Has 2 Child Issues linked with it :

1. One with Parent Child Relationship with issuelink table through Parent Child Relationship.

2. 2nd one is linked with Parent Link , present in Entity_Property table

Please suggest the relationship to get both from SQL-Query without using API.

Is there any way to get the id information of Parent and Child through Parent Link or any relation with Entity_Property Table??
