How we can track Program and Plan in Jira issues?

Hello!

Could you please help to understand how the “Program” and “Plan” in Advanced Roadmaps traced in the JIRA tickets? For now I can add Jira tickets into the Plan but I can’t see any history or field showing that this action been performed.

Thanks!

Hi @aligntechsupport

Are you asking how to check if tickets have been added to the plans you've created in Advanced Roadmaps? Like an audit log?

Hi @Jacob Vu

Yes. Jira issues have fields(e.g. Priority, Summary, some custom fields, etc.).

So my question is, can Advanced Roadmaps plan/program values be tracked as Issue field values?

Thanks!
