How to sync Target dates in roadmap and ticket

Edited

Hello,

It's noticed that changing Target Start/End dates in a roadmap instead in a Jira ticket breaks their synchronization - as of that moment the dates changed in a ticket don't affect them in a roadmap.

Is there a way to return the synchronization back?

BR,

Norman

Hi @norman and welcome to the Community!

Can you verify if you have committed the changes you made in the roadmap to Jira through review changes / save to Jira? Maybe you ended up with concurrent updates, where you may accidentally have updated the same data on both ends.

I would dare to try removing the dates from the roadmap or reimporting your issues to your plan through configuration / issue sources.

Hope this helps!

How do I show my linked stories to an Epic bar chart and target or Start/due dates in roadmap.  Presently my roadmap shows the Epic and it linked stories but not status bar over dates
