How do I setup the hierarchy so that when I link say a Business Value Deliverable to a Feature, that in the Roadmap I can expand the 'feature' to see all the stories' contained within?

Is there anyone from Atlassian able to walk me through the setup?

@Michael Spence

The setup process is pretty simple and you can read the full tutorial here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapscloud/configuring-hierarchy-levels-998650959.html

I'm not sure what you are trying to do on your setup, but you need to know that the initial Jira setup remains as-is: Epic->Story->Sub-Task.

The advanced roadmaps allow you to add levels above Epic and assign them to issue types:

so if for example, you have issue type named "feature" - you can create your hierarchy to be: Feature->Epic->Story->Sub-Task.
