How can we track resource movement from planned task to unplanned task

Suppose we have planned a project with a team of 3 resources(developers) and they have to complete this project in 30 days and the team has started working on that project but after a few days 1 resource is moved to some other project due to the urgency for 2-3 days. Now the primary project will be delayed for 2-3 days.

So is there any way to track this movement in advance?
