How can i add start and end dates of an entire project to advanced roadmaps?

Currently, we are viewing all our Work Management projects in advanced roadmaps however i need to see the following:
1. Start and end date of the entire projects (not each issue)
2. Project sponsor

Any ideas on how to achieve this without third party apps?

TIA

Hi @Lauren Kirt,

Advanced Roadmaps (as does Jira in its entirety) visualises an entire plan from issues. What you would need to visualise the start and end dates of your project, is an issue that represents the project itself.

That means you would have to extend the existing issue hierarchy in Jira above the Epics level. This Advanced Roadmaps guide provides quite a bit of context around the topic and also has a link tot this video tutorial on how to extend the issue hierarchy.

Hope this helps!

Can we ask this particular field to be added in JIRA?
