Hi Markus,
In general, Progress column can be visible in the table or hidden. Once it is visible, it will show progress for all the issues that are present in the scope table.
If you want to see Progress column only for the issues in a particular project,
You can use Project filter in the top to filter issues that belong to that project.
If you want to see Progress column only for a particular Epic,
You can use Summary (Textbox with search icon) in the top to filter only one epic by providing its summary.
One more pro tip for you, you can click on the bar in the roadmap to highlight a particular issue in the Scope table.
If you want to see the progress (currently in the column), displayed in the Schedule, as part of this Epic's "bar"
This is not possible currently. The Progress bar is only present in the scope table's Progress column.
