This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Global permissions
Hello,
I can't seem to find a way to limit which Portfolio plans a user can and can not see. I am only able to use the Global Permissions option to allow access to Portfolio. When I add someone to the Portfolio Users Group, they are able to see and modify every plan that exists. If I remove them from global permissions and only give them plan specific access, they aren't even able to see the Portfolio option in the toolbar.
Is there a way to limit which plans a person can access? I want to set up team specific plans as well as management specific plans.
Thank you,
Rikki
Hey Rikki,
Yes there are plan specific permissions but these need to be set from within the plan configuration. In the config go to Permissions and you'll be able to set permissions for who can view or who can edit the plan.
Please let me know if this is still an issue for you.
Kind regards,
Rhys
