How can I associate a plan to a program in Jira portfolio?

Hi, 

Currently in Jira Portfolio I can either create a plan or a program (group of plans). Is there a way where I can create a plan into an existing program (or add an already created plan to an already created program?).

This should provide the instructions.  First you create the program, and then should be able to add the plans to it.  See the "adding plans to a program" section.
