E-mail notifications for successors, when predecessor is finished

Dear community,

we are new to Jira Advanced Roadmaps. Is it please possible to configure an email notification, which will be sent to assignee of succeeding task, after preceding task is completed?

Imagine I have 3 tasks with dependencies: Task 3 can start just after Task 2 is completed and Task 2 can start just when Task 1 is completed. Tasks 1, 2 and 3 have different assignees and different watchers. I want Advanced Roadmaps to send an email to assignees (watchers) of Task 2 right after Task 1 is Resolved / Completed / Closed.

Is this please possible to set up in Advanced Roadmaps? Or is there some other way to do this?

I did that within Jira using automation, where I sent an email to the watchers of the issue that is no longer blocked (I also add a comment to the unblocked issue as well). This can get you started:
