Does Advanced Roadmaps support multiple unique hierarchy structures for multiple plans?

For example:

Plan-1 supports Jira projects ‘Red’ ‘Blue’ and ‘Yellow’. Plan-1 needs the hierarchy:

Theme

Initiative

Jira Epic

Plan-2 supports Jira projects ‘Green’ ‘Orange’ and ‘Purple’. Plan-2 needs the hierarchy:

The short answer is no, you cannot have multiple hierarchies, it only supports one and applies to the whole instance.
