Can we share the same skills across multiple Stages in one JIRA Portfolio Plan?

Hi, i would like to use in JIRA Portfolio Cloud same skills in multiple Stages in on plan. 

Example:

Skills

• Business Architecture
• Business Analyse
• Project Management
• Solution Architecture

Stages:

• Project Scope
• Requirements
• Solution Desing
• Development
• Testing
• Release

I would like to use skills Project Management in stages: Project Scope, Development, Testing. I would like to use Business Analyse skill into two stages (Scope and Requirements). 

Is there any option how to do it? 

I read the documentition about sharing skills but only across the plans, not across the Stages. 

Please can you help me?
