We want to be able to identify the role of each person on the team, Engineer, Scrum Master, QA, etc. Can we customize this page to collect the information we need?
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Testing on my local site and also checking our documentation, there is no information about customizing the Shared Teams page, so I’m afraid to say that it’s not possible to show their role.
On the People’s page, you can create teams and it will show their role that is based on the “Job title” that each user adds to their Atlassian account on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility, but this is not related to Advanced Roadmaps.
There are no feature requests suggesting this option, so please, feel free to raise a new one on https://jira.atlassian.com/ (project JSWCLOUD) adding more details about why this feature is important for your environment.
