Can not link within same project

Hi,

Somehow not able to Parent Link issue within the same projects, while "external" linking works perfectly fine.

Have 2 Jira env, Prod and Test, on Test it works fine, but on Prod something is wrong. Same plugin version, same project, same hierarchy.

Where might be an issue?

Do you have same permissions ?

What is parent link issue type ? Epic ?
