Can Roadmap be used without other Atlassian products?

Deleted user

Is there an option to use the new Roadmap tool without any other prior Atlassian products such as Confluence or Jira?

I'm looking for a good visual Roadmap tool that can map dependencies across teams but the initiatives and epics will not be linked to any actual user stories. Also we are not using Confluencece but Share point - does this exclude me from using this Roadmap tool?

Thanks

Sandra

Hi Sandra,

I understood your question in a way you want to know if Advances Roadmaps can be used outside another Atlassian tool.

No, this is not the case. It "lives on top" of Jira Cloud Premium:

Advanced Roadmaps is a Jira Software Cloud Premium feature that's designed to help multiple teams collaborate together, track the big picture, identify dependencies across large pieces of work, and plan for team capacity.

Currently Advanced Roadmaps only works with Jira Software classic projects.

Please also refer to the official Advanced Roadmaps page:

Regards,
Daniel
