I am looking to incorporate the Portfolio Addon for our cloud instance of JIRA. I was wondering whether the charge per month relates to all active users?
Is there a way that we can only pay for those users who are given permissions to use it?

Hi Greg,
The number of users you're charged for in Jira Portfolio must match the number of users you have in your Jira Software instance. It's not possible to pay for only specific users.
