Context:
- I am in a company managed project
- I have a legend ticket that has its own workflow
- At a later time, an epic child issue will be created within that legend ticket.
- I would like the rule to trigger once the child issue has been created.
Essentially, if a child issue is created then that means the legend is half way completed (and so i would like it to move to that status by itself)
