Advanced roadmaps auto scheduler double books our resources

We have started using Advanced Roadmaps and we are struggling with getting the "auto schedule" function to work properly. 

• We have entered estimates (in hours) for all issues. 
• We have allocated time for each resource (all in the same team)  

When we use auto schedule, all our resources are booked twice. 

In the screenshot example below, auto schedule suggest allocating the resource "Mads L." to work on 3 issues during a week:

1. Task 1, status: BLOCKED, estimate: 9.5 h 
2. Task 2, status: BLOCKED, estimate: 12 h 
3. Task 3, status: BLOCKED, estimate: 33.5 h 

Total hours: 55 h

But "Mads L." can only deliver 32 hours in a week. 

What are we doing wrong?

Hi! We are currently finalizing a solution that makes it easier to book resources right inside Jira DC - meeting rooms, equipment, parking lots, etc.

We see that many people still do it manually or through crutches - we would like to “hit the mark” and integrate it into the usual process.
