Advanced Roadmaps no longer excluding issues completed after timeframe

My Plan in Advanced Roadmaps was working well at filtering Closed epics after 30 days. In the last few days I noticed that it seems to be no longer working and I'm seeing items in my view that were from 1+ years ago. Is anyone else experiencing this? It's like it suddenly stopped working.

I've tried changing the timeframe to see if I could trigger something but nothing seems to be working.

@Lynn -

Can you confirm if your issues source setup was changed (i.e. added new projects/boards as sources)?  If not, then please check those issues which should not show up - are their "Resolution" field is NULL.  It is because on the backend of the exclusion rule, an issue's resolution should not be empty (i.e. Unresolved - the internal representation of NULL for the Resolution field).

Hope this helps.

Hi Joseph,

My sources have not changed. For the items that are not appearing, the Status is "Closed" and the Resolution field is "Closed" not null.

Thank you for the help,

Lynn

@Lynn -

Since those issues are Closed in Status and Resolution is not empty, then they will should not show up anymore in the plan.
